Rinzai Zen school - a school of sudden enlightenment based on working with koans and Soto Zen - practicing seated meditation Zazen.

Practises of the Himalayan Zen School are adapted for contemporary individuals, influenced by high psychological and mental stress. Therefore, in addition to seated meditation zazen and solving koans, yoga massage is used.

WHAT WE OFFER
Massage
Massage “Thai Yoga. 108 forms" was created for yoga practitioners. Thanks to the influence of the master, energies come into balance, mental stress goes away, the mind plunges into a serene state, becoming able to clearly see its true nature, as initially pure and unconditioned.

“Thai Yoga” is an ideal anti-stress procedure that frees you from fears of birth injuries and suppressed experiences.

Meditation
Zen originates from the awakening of Buddha Shakyamuni, who more than two thousand years ago, sitting in the zazen pose, achieved awakening. Zazen affects our entire being, body, and mind.

By engaging in regular practice, we deepen our understanding of our own lives, which is then reflected in all our daily actions. When our mind remains the same as during zazen, our actions become correct and natural.
Reflexology
Foot massage has been practiced in different cultures for years to promote health and well being. It has been a valuable part of complementary and alternative medicine.

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet that correspond to the body's different organs and glands, that literally helps with all diseases.
